Warranty & Returns
Items purchased from Cold Commander™ and returned within 30 days from the shipment date with original receipt or invoice is eligible for Store Credit or exchange. No credit or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the shipment date. Any requests made for return outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted. Items must be in the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged on returned items. Items that have been installed, used or altered with cannot be returned. Items may be returned upon issue of a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to Cold Commander. Returns must be packed and returned in resalable condition for any credit to apply. The value of damaged parts will be deducted from the credit to be issued.
Defective items upon delivery must be reported to Cold Commander within 3 days after shipment. We warrant our product parts for a limited one year from the retail sale invoice date with proof of purchase and serial number. Only new products are covered. Products must be sent to Cold Commander, prepaid with a copy of the original retail invoice. The warranty does not cover abuse, neglect or accidental damage
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#). Please call or email for RMA number and shipping instructions for the return. Returns that do not have an RMA# will be rejected and no credit will be given.
